How is my order delivered?
All orders are produced within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to the delivery address via standard or express shipping, depending on the option selected. You will receive an automatic shipping notification from the forwarder to the email address used at the time of ordering. Your order status will be updated immediately with a tracking number.
There is only s single flat rate shipping charge of €7.99 + €1.00 for any additional item (Standard, 6-8 wroking days) or €13.99 + €1.00 for any additional item (Express 3-4 working days) on all orders.
What happens if I am not present at the time of the delivery?
The forwarder will contact you by phone first. You can re-arrange the delivery for another date. Please follow the shipping notification for live updates on your delivery.
Can I use a delivery address other than my billing address?
Yes, this is possible. Please, fill out the DELIVERY address of your choice in the order form. You will be asked for a billing address when processing the payment.
After two weeks my order still has not arrived yet. What now?
If your order is not received within 10 working days, but you can find your tracking number on the status page, please, be patient - your order shall arrive very soon. If you cannot find your tracking number after two weeks, please contact our customer service at [email protected]
